QUICK LESSONS:
Respect Allah's words , Respect oneself and one's body , Maintain cleanliness at all times .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that it is not permissible for someone who has become sexually impure or a woman who is menstruating to recite the Holy Quran. This hadith was narrated by Ibn 'Umar and was reported by the Messenger of Allah. The reason behind this prohibition is that both states are considered to be forms of ritual impurity in Islam and reciting the Quran requires one to be in a state of purity. Therefore, it would be disrespectful towards Allah's words if one were to recite them while being in an impure state. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about respecting our bodies and taking care of our physical health as well as spiritual health. We should strive to maintain cleanliness at all times so that we can properly worship Allah without any hindrance or distraction from our physical states.
