QUICK LESSONS:

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Hudhaifah tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks. This is a Sunnah of the Prophet which Muslims should follow when performing their ablutions. When performing wudu, Muslims must wash their face, hands, arms, wipe their head and ears, wash their feet up to the ankles and perform masah on their khuffs or leather socks if they are wearing them. Masah is done by wiping with wet hands over the top of the khuffs three times. This hadith teaches us that we should follow in the footsteps of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). We should strive to emulate him in all aspects of our lives so that we can be closer to Allah SWT.
