EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith highlights the importance of cleanliness before prayer. It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah ate a shoulder, then he wiped his hands on a cloth that was underneath him, then he got up for prayer and performed it. This shows us how important it is to be clean before we pray as this is what the Prophet Muhammad did himself. We should always make sure to wash our hands or wipe them with something clean before we pray so that we can be in the best state possible when praying to Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad's example teaches us many lessons about how to live our lives according to Islamic teachings and values, such as being mindful of our hygiene and taking care of ourselves in order to be able to perform our prayers properly. We should also strive for excellence in all aspects of life, including when it comes to worshiping Allah through prayer.
