Unjust Spending of Wealth

SUMMARY: People who spend other people's wealth unjustly will be punished on the Day of Judgement.

Narrated Khaula Al-Ansariya: I heard Allah's Messenger saying, "Some people spend Allah's Wealth (ie Muslim's wealth) in an unjust manner; such people will be put in the (Hell) Fire on the Day of Resurrection".

QUICK LESSONS:
Use other people's wealth responsibly and fairly. Do good deeds with this money as they will be rewarded by Allah .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how people should not spend other people's wealth in an unjust manner. Allah has given us all a certain amount of wealth and it is our responsibility to use it wisely and fairly. If we do not, then we will be held accountable for our actions on the Day of Judgement and face punishment for our wrongdoings. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that if we are entrusted with someone else’s money, then we must use it responsibly and not misuse or abuse it in any way. We must also remember that whatever good deeds we do with this money will be rewarded by Allah, while any bad deeds done with this money will result in punishment from Allah on the Day of Judgement.
