Perform your religious duties carefully and correctly .

This hadith is about the importance of performing ablution properly, which is a ritual cleansing performed by Muslims before prayer or any other religious activity. It was narrated by Abu Salamah that Aishah saw 'Abdur-Rahman performing ablution and she said to him to perform it properly because she heard the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) say "Woe to the Achilles tendon because of Hell-fire." This means that those who do not perform their ablutions correctly will be punished in Hell-fire. Therefore, this hadith teaches us to take our religious duties seriously and make sure we are doing them correctly so we can avoid punishment in the hereafter.
