This hadith is about the importance of wiping one's ears during ablution. It was narrated from Rubai' that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) performed ablution and wiped his ears inside and out. This means that when performing wudu or ablutions for prayer, it is important to wipe both the inner and outer parts of your ears with wet hands. This action is a sign of cleanliness as well as a way to ensure that all parts of your body are purified before prayer.
