Proper Way of Rinsing Mouth and Nose

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us the proper way to rinse our mouths and noses with water.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that: The Messenger of Allah rinsed his mouth and sniffed water up into his nostrils from one scoop of water.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ ـ مَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ مِنْ غَرْفَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ
