Cleanliness After Dog Licking

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised people to wash a vessel seven times if it was licked by a dog.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: The Messenger of Allah said: "If a dog licks the vessel of any one of you, let him wash it seven times".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا شَرِبَ الْكَلْبُ فِي إِنَاءِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَغْسِلْهُ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ
