EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of offering one's prayers on time. It is narrated by Aisha that Allah's Messenger used to offer the 'Asr prayer while the sun was still shining in her Hujra. This shows us that it is important to pray on time and not delay our prayers until after sunset or when it is too dark outside. We should strive to pray at its appointed time and not wait until later in order for us to fulfill our religious obligations.
