This hadith is about the importance of oral hygiene and how it was practiced by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was narrated from Miqdam bin Shuraih bin Hani' that his father said that he asked 'Aishah what the first thing was that the Messenger of Allah did when he entered her house. She replied that it was to use a tooth stick, which is known as a siwak in Arabic.
