Seek knowledge from reliable sources when you are unsure about something or need more information on a certain topic; Be humble enough to ask for help when needed; Do not be afraid or ashamed to ask for help if you need it .

This hadith speaks to the importance of seeking knowledge and understanding. The companions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH were very knowledgeable in regards to the teachings of Islam and whenever they were unclear about something or needed more information on a certain topic, they would turn to 'Aishah for guidance. This shows us that it is important to seek knowledge from reliable sources when we are unsure about something or need more information on a certain topic. It also teaches us that we should be humble enough to ask for help when needed and not be afraid or ashamed to do so.
