This hadith is about the praise of Umar bin Al-Khattab by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is narrated by 'Uqbah bin 'Amir that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If there was to have a Prophet after me, it would have been 'Umar bin Al-Khattab". This hadith shows us how highly regarded and respected Umar was in the eyes of the Prophet ﷺ. He praised him so much that he even suggested that if there were to be another prophet after him, it would be none other than Umar himself. This hadith also teaches us about loyalty and respect for our elders and those who are in authority over us. We should always strive to show them respect and admiration as they are deserving of it due to their knowledge and experience. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example for us on how we should treat our own peers with kindness and respect regardless of any differences we may have with them.
