This hadith speaks of the importance of prayer in one's life. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was seen praying with his left hand on his left thigh and right hand on his right thigh while clasping his fingers and extending his index finger. He was also heard saying “O changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion”. This shows us that prayer is a powerful tool to ask Allah for guidance and strength in our faith. It also teaches us that we should always strive to keep our faith strong by constantly seeking help from Allah through prayer. We should never forget that it is only through His grace that we can remain steadfast in our beliefs and practices as Muslims.
