Make decisions with wisdom and fairness

In this hadith, we learn about a situation where the tribe of Bani Quraiza was ready to accept Sa'd's judgement. Upon hearing this, Allah's Messenger sent for Sa'd who was near to him and asked him to give a judgement. After listening to both sides, Sa'd gave his verdict that their warriors should be killed and their children and women should be taken as prisoners. Upon hearing this, Allah's Messenger praised him for his wise judgement which is similar to the judgment of King Allah. This hadith teaches us that wisdom is an important quality which should be used when making decisions or judgements in life. It also shows us how even though it may not always seem like it, justice will prevail in the end if we make decisions with wisdom and fairness.
