Recite Suras from Quran before going to sleep .

This hadith speaks of the importance of reciting the surahs of Al-Musabbihat before going to sleep. It was narrated by Ar-Irbad bin Sariyah that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would not go to sleep until he had recited these surahs. He also said that one ayah from them is better than a thousand ayahs. This shows us how important it is for us to recite these surahs and how much reward we can get from doing so. It also teaches us about the importance of taking time out for worship and remembrance of Allah even when we are tired or busy with other things in life.
