The Best Remembrance & Supplication

SUMMARY: The best remembrance and supplication is to say 'there is none worthy of worship except Allah' and 'all praise is due to Allah'.

Jabir bin 'Abdullah (ra) narrated that : the Messenger of Allah said: "The best remembrance is: 'there is none worthy of worship except Allah (La ilaha illallah)’ and the best supplication is: 'All praise is due to Allah (Al-ḥamdulillah).’"

QUICK LESSONS:
Remembering & praising only one god - Allah SWT .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that the best way to remember Allah and ask for His help is by saying ‘there is none worthy of worship except Allah’ and ‘all praise is due to Allah’. These two phrases are known as dhikr, which means remembrance, and du’a, which means supplication. Dhikr reminds us that only God deserves our worship, while du’a reminds us that all praise belongs to Him alone. By repeating these phrases often, we can stay focused on our relationship with God and ask for His help in times of need.
