EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of prayer in Islam. It teaches us that prayer is the essence of worship and should be given priority over other forms of worship. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that supplication or du’a is an integral part of our faith and should not be neglected. He also taught us to make du’a regularly and with sincerity as it can bring about great rewards from Allah Almighty. Furthermore, this hadith encourages us to prioritize our prayers over other forms of worship such as charity or fasting as they are all secondary to prayer in terms of importance.
