The Tree of Paradise

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) described a tree in Paradise that provides shade for travelers for 100 years without stopping.

Anas narrated that the Prophet said: "Indeed in Paradise there is a tree under whose shade a rider can travel for one hundred years without stopping. Recite if you wish: And in shave extended. And water flowing constantly".
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لَشَجَرَةً يَسِيرُ الرَّاكِبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا مِائَةَ عَامٍ لاَ يَقْطَعُهَا وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَاقْرَءُوا ‏:‏ ‏(‏ وَظِلٍّ مَمْدُودٍ * وَمَاءٍ مَسْكُوبٍ ‏)‏ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ
