Be mindful of your actions , Think twice before taking action , Be careful when making decisions

This hadith is about how our steps are recorded by Allah and that we should not relocate without a valid reason. Banu Salamah were living on the outskirts of Madinah and wanted to move closer to the Masjid, but then this ayat was revealed which reminded them that their steps were being recorded by Allah. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ then said that their steps were being recorded so they should not relocate without a valid reason. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our actions as Allah is always watching us and recording our every step. We must also remember to think twice before making any decisions or taking any action as it will have an effect on us in the future. We must also be careful when relocating as it can have an impact on our lives in ways we may not expect or anticipate.
