Reciting Quran in Early Morning

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that reciting the Quran in the early morning is witnessed by angels of both day and night.

Narrated Abu Hurairah: regarding Allah, Most High, saying: "And recite the Qur'an in the early dawn. Verily the recitation of the Qur'an in the early dawn is ever witnessed (17:78)". The Prophet said: "It is witnessed by the angels of the night and the angels of the day".

QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for Allah's words , Taking advantage of blessed times for worshiping Allah SWT .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah teaches us about the importance of reciting the Quran in early morning. This is based on a verse from Surat Al-Isra which states “And recite the Qur’an in the early dawn. Verily, the recitation of the Qur’an in the early dawn is ever witnessed” [ 17:78 ]. According to this hadith from Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , when we recite our daily verses of Quran during Fajr prayer or any other time during Fajr period it will be witnessed by both angels of day and night. This shows us how important it is to make sure we are taking advantage of this blessed time to get closer to Allah SWT through His words.
