QUICK LESSONS:
Say "Takbir" when ascending & "Subhan Allah" when descending

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Jabir who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It talks about how whenever we go up a place, we should say 'Takbir' which means 'God is great', and whenever we go down a place, we should say 'Subhan Allah' which means 'Glory be to God'. This teaches us to remember God in all situations whether it be ascending or descending. We should always remember that everything comes from Him and He has control over all things. We must also thank Him for His blessings in our lives no matter what situation we are in.
