QUICK LESSONS:
Turn to Allah in times of need with humility and sincerity.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the power of supplication in Islam. It is narrated by An-Nu'man bin Bashir from the Prophet that Allah said in the Quran “Your Lord said: Invoke Me, I shall respond to you”. The Prophet then explained that this means supplicating to Allah is a form of worship and He will always answer those who call upon Him with humility. This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah in times of need and be humble when doing so as He will surely answer our prayers if we are sincere in our intentions. We should also remember that even though supplicating can be done anywhere at any time, it should still be done with respect and reverence for God as it is an act of worship.
