Reciting Letters of the Quran Brings Rewards

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that reciting letters from the Quran will bring a reward, and each letter is worth ten rewards.

Narrated Muhammad bin Ka'b Al-Qurazi: "I heard 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud saying: 'The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever recites a letter from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter".

QUICK LESSONS:
Recite Letters of The Qur'an

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught that reciting letters from the Quran brings a reward. He said that each letter is worth ten rewards, even though he clarified that Alif Lam Mim are not considered one letter but three separate letters. This hadith encourages us to recite the Quran and reminds us of how valuable it is to do so. It also teaches us about Allah's mercy and generosity in rewarding those who recite His words, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem.
