Prioritize your physical health, Take care of your body, Maintain balance between your physical and spiritual needs

This hadith is about the preference of filling one's insides with pus over filling it with poetry. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was emphasizing that it is better for a person to focus on their physical health and wellbeing rather than spending time on activities such as writing or reciting poetry. He was teaching us that our physical health should be prioritized over other activities, even if they are beneficial in some way. This hadith also teaches us the importance of taking care of our bodies and not neglecting them in favor of other pursuits, no matter how enjoyable they may be.
