This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) compassion and mercy towards those who are sick. In this hadith, a man sneezed three times in the presence of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) responded by saying "Yarhamukallah" which means "May Allah have mercy upon you". This shows that even though he did not know what was wrong with the man, he still showed him kindness and compassion. He also recognized that the man was likely suffering from a cold due to his repeated sneezing.
