Jami at-Tirmidhi 2674 (Book 41, Hadith 30) #28309
The Reward and Sin of Calling Others

SUMMARY: Whoever calls to guidance will receive the same reward as those who follow them, and whoever calls to misguidance will receive the same sin as those who follow them.

Narrated Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever calls to guidance, then he receives the reward similar to the reward of whoever follows him, without that diminishing anything from their rewards. And whoever calls to misguidance, then he receives of sin similar to the sins of those who followed him, without that diminishing anything from their sins".

QUICK LESSONS:
Encourage people around you to do good deeds and stay away from bad ones . Think twice before doing something wrong or encouraging someone else to do so .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that when someone calls others to do good deeds, they will be rewarded for it in the same way as those who followed their call. Similarly, if someone calls others to do bad deeds, they will be punished for it in the same way as those who followed their call. This means that we should always strive to encourage people around us to do good deeds and stay away from bad ones. We should also remember that our actions have consequences not only on ourselves but also on others around us. Therefore, we must always think twice before doing something wrong or encouraging someone else to do so.
