The Reward of Allah's Pleasure

SUMMARY: Allah will reward the people of Paradise with His pleasure and will never be angry with them.

Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Indeed, Allah will say to the people of Paradise: 'O people of Paradise!' They will say: 'We respond to You, O our Lord, and we are at Your service'. Then He will say: 'Are you pleased?' They will say: 'Why should we not be pleased when You have given us what you have not given anyone from Your creation'. So He will say: 'I shall give you what is greater than that'. They will say: 'And what is greater than that?' He will say: 'I shall cover you in My Pleasure and I shall not become angry with you ever".

QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for Paradise , Remain Grateful .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the great reward that awaits those who enter paradise. It is narrated by Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah said that when people enter paradise, they will be asked if they are pleased and they will respond positively as no one has been given what they have been given before. Then, it is said that Allah will give them something even greater than what He has already given them - His pleasure and He shall never become angry with them ever again. This hadith teaches us to strive for paradise as it is a place where we can find true joy and happiness in the form of being covered by God's pleasure forevermore. We should also remember to always remain grateful for all the blessings we receive from Him so that we may be worthy enough to receive such a great reward in the hereafter.
