Jami at-Tirmidhi 2481 (Book 37, Hadith 67) #28116
Humility Rewarded with Paradise Garments

SUMMARY: Whoever humbles themselves to Allah by not wearing expensive clothing, even if they can afford it, will be rewarded with garments of Paradise on the Day of Judgement.

Sahl bin Mu'adh bin Anas Al-Juhani narrated from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)said: "Whoever leaves(valuable) dress out of humility to Allah while he is able to (afford it), Allah will call him before the heads of creation on the Day of Judgement so that he can chose whichever Hulal of faith he wishes to wear". The meaning of his saying: "Hulal of faith" is the garments of Paradise which are given to the people of faith.

QUICK LESSONS:
Show humility towards Allah by not wearing expensive clothing even if you can afford it.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith speaks about the importance of humility and how it is rewarded by Allah. It encourages people to not show off their wealth through clothing and instead humble themselves before Allah. This hadith teaches us that if we are able to afford nice clothes but choose not to wear them out of humility, then we will be rewarded for our actions on the Day of Judgement. We will be given garments from Paradise which are only given to those who have faith in Allah. This hadith also teaches us that material possessions should never take precedence over our faith in God and that we should always strive for humility in all aspects of life.
