Showing kindness and compassion towards others. Seeking recognition from God instead of people.

This hadith speaks about the importance of showing mercy and kindness towards others. It is narrated by Abu Sa'eed that the Messenger of Allah said, "Whoever wants to be seen, Allah will show him, And whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him heard off". This means that if someone desires recognition or fame from people then they should seek it from God instead. Furthermore, the Prophet also said "He who shows no mercy to the people, Allah shows him no mercy". This emphasizes that if we want God's mercy then we must first show it towards other people. Therefore this hadith teaches us that in order for us to receive God's blessings and grace we must first extend our own kindness and compassion towards others.
