Remembering & worshipping God; striving for knowledge & education .

This hadith was narrated by Abu Hurairah and it speaks about how the world is cursed. However, there are three exceptions to this curse; remembrance of Allah, a knowledgeable person and a learning person. Remembrance of Allah means that one should always remember God in their thoughts and actions. A knowledgeable person is someone who has knowledge about religion or any other field while a learning person is someone who strives for knowledge in order to gain understanding. These three things are not cursed by God as they bring benefit to people's lives. Therefore, it is important for us all to strive for knowledge and remember God in our daily lives so that we can be blessed with His mercy.
