EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibitions that were set by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He prohibited the sale of dogs, earnings from fornication and payments made to fortune-tellers. Dogs are not allowed to be sold because they are considered unclean animals in Islam and it is not permissible to benefit from them financially or otherwise. Similarly, it is forbidden in Islam to engage in any form of sexual activity outside marriage as it goes against Islamic teachings on morality and chastity; thus any earnings gained through such activities are also forbidden. Lastly, fortunetelling is also prohibited as it goes against Islamic beliefs which state that only Allah knows what will happen in the future; thus seeking knowledge about the future through fortunetellers or other means is not allowed either.
