Sahih al-Bukhari 2896 (Book 56, Hadith 110) #2770
Blessings of the Poor

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) taught that one should not think they are superior to those of lower rank, and that victory and livelihood come from the blessings of the poor.

Narrated Mus'ab bin Sa'd: Once Sa'd (bin Abi Waqqas) thought that he was superior to those who were below him in rank. On that the Prophet said, "You gain no victory or livelihood except through (the blessings and invocations of) the poor amongst you".

QUICK LESSONS:
Show kindness and respect towards everyone regardless of their social standing or wealth; Be grateful for all you have been given; Do not think you are better than anyone else; Remember Allah SWT's blessings on you through those who may seem less fortunate than you.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us an important lesson about humility and gratitude. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was reminding us that we should not think we are better than others, no matter what our rank or status is. He also taught us that our victory and livelihood come from Allah SWT through the blessings of those who are less fortunate than us. We must be grateful for all that we have been given, even if it comes from someone who may seem to have less than us in terms of worldly possessions or status. We must remember to always show kindness and respect towards everyone regardless of their social standing or wealth.
