EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us about the reality of two things - Al-Ham and the eye. According to this hadith, there is nothing to Al-Ham which means it does not exist in a physical form or have any tangible qualities. On the other hand, it also teaches us that the eye is real which means it has a physical form and tangible qualities. This hadith was narrated by Hayyah bin Habis At-Tamimi who heard it from his father who heard it from Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w). Therefore, this hadith carries great importance as its teachings come directly from Prophet Muhammad himself who was sent by Allah as a messenger for all mankind with His message of truth and guidance for living life according to His will in order to attain success in both worlds - this world and hereafter.
