QUICK LESSONS:
Recite protective prayers/verses regularly for safety & security against any kind of harm/danger coming our way due to unseen forces/people with bad intentions etc..

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of seeking protection from jinn and evil eye of humans. It is narrated by Abu Sa’eed that Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W) would seek refuge from these things until two verses were revealed to him which he then used for protection instead. These two verses are known as Al Mu’awwidhatain or ‘The Two Verses of Refuge’ in English and they are found in Surah Al Falaq and An Nas in the Quran respectively. These verses provide a powerful form of protection against any kind of harm or danger that may come our way due to unseen forces such as jinn or even people who may have bad intentions towards us through their evil eye or envy etc.. Therefore it is important for us to recite these two verses regularly so that we can be protected at all times against any kind of harm that may come our way due to unseen forces or people with bad intentions towards us .
