QUICK LESSONS:
Visit people who are unwell or need support from their faith community.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah, speaks about the reward for visiting those who are sick or our brothers in faith. It states that when we visit them, a caller will call out from Heaven saying “May you have goodness and may your livelihood be good, and may you dwell in an adobe in Paradise”. This means that if we visit those who are ill or our fellow believers, we will be rewarded with goodness here on Earth as well as being granted a place to stay in Heaven. This hadith encourages us to show kindness to others by visiting them when they are unwell or need support from their faith community. It also reminds us of the importance of looking after each other during difficult times.
