Jami at-Tirmidhi 1936 (Book 27, Hadith 42) #27569
The Rewards of Spending Wealth and Reciting the Quran

SUMMARY: Allah rewards those who spend their wealth and those who memorize and recite the Quran.

Salim narrated from his father who said that the Messenger of Allah said: "There is to be no envy except for two: A man to whom Allah grants wealth and he spends from it during the hours of the night and the hours of the day. And a man to whom Allah grants (memorization of) the Quran so he stands with it (in prayer) during the hours of the night and the hours of the day".
