Stay away from any kind of substance or activity which can lead to intoxication as it is considered haram according to Islamic teachings . Strive for inshirah or contentment with what Allah has given us instead of seeking pleasure through activities which are not permissible according to Islam . Be aware of the khatar or danger associated with indulging in such activities and stay away from them for our own benefit and safety .

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, taught us about the unlawfulness of intoxication. He said that anything which can intoxicate in large amounts is also unlawful even if it is consumed in small quantities. This hadith has been narrated by several companions of the Prophet such as Sa'd, 'Aishah, 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, Ibn 'Umar and Khawwat bin Jubair.
