QUICK LESSONS:
Abstain from certain activities like mujaththamah and drinking milk from jallalahs or sprouts of water skins

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught his followers to avoid certain activities that were not beneficial for them. One such activity was mujaththamah, which is an act of cutting off a part of one's body hair or nails and throwing it away in order to ward off evil spirits. Another activity he prohibited was drinking milk from the Jallalah, which is a type of animal that produces milk but does not have any young ones. Lastly, he also prohibited drinking from the sprout of a water-skin because it can be harmful to one's health. These teachings are important for us to remember so that we can stay away from activities that may harm us in any way.
