QUICK LESSONS:
Comb your hair regularly but not everyday

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, taught us to take care of our physical appearance and hygiene. One way to do this is by combing our hair regularly. However, he prohibited us from combing our hair every single day as it can damage the scalp and weaken the roots of the hair follicles. Instead, he advised us to only comb our hair every other day or every two days in order to maintain healthy and strong locks. This hadith teaches us that we should take care of ourselves but also not overdo it as too much grooming can have a negative effect on our health and wellbeing.
