EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the reward for spending in the cause of Allah. It is narrated by Khuraim bin Fatik and Abu Hurairah that Prophet Muhammad said, “Whoever spends a sum in the cause of Allah, it is recorded for him seven-hundred fold”. This means that whatever amount one spends for charity or any other good deed will be rewarded back to them seven hundred times more than what they spent. This hadith encourages us to spend our wealth on good deeds as it will bring us immense rewards from Allah Almighty. It also teaches us to be generous with our wealth and not hoard it up but use it for helping others who are less fortunate than us.
