Words of Encouragement for the Prophet

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ liked it when he was given words of encouragement and support before embarking on a task.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: That the Prophet used to like it when he set out upon an affair if he heard: "O directed one, O successful one". Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ كَانَ يُعْجِبُهُ إِذَا خَرَجَ لِحَاجَةٍ أَنْ يَسْمَعَ يَا رَاشِدُ يَا نَجِيحُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ
