Be generous with rewards for loyalty & service; Do not forget about those who come late; Reward people for their efforts & contributions; Give people what they deserve regardless of timing; Show kindness & appreciation towards others; Recognize people's services & contributions .

This hadith narrates an incident in which the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad PBUH, distributed shares from the spoils of war to those who accompanied him at Khaibar. This was done as a reward for their loyalty and service to Islam. According to some scholars, this practice should be followed by all Muslims when they are victorious in battle. It is also reported that even if someone arrives after the horses have been distributed, they should still be given a share as well. This hadith teaches us that we should always be generous and kind towards others and reward them for their loyalty and service towards us or our cause. It also teaches us that we should not forget about those who come late but still deserve recognition for their efforts or contributions made towards our cause or mission.
