This hadith is about the importance of treating servants with respect and kindness. It tells us that even if a servant does something wrong, it is not acceptable to respond with violence or aggression. Instead, we should use our words and wisdom to resolve any issues that may arise. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us this lesson by ordering seven brothers to free their servant after one of them slapped her. He wanted them to understand that no matter what the situation was, they should never resort to physical violence as a way of punishing someone for their mistakes.
