EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Salim bin 'Abdullah from his father Ibn Umar states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) often used to swear with an oath. He would say "No! By the Changer of Hearts". This is a reminder for us that Allah is in control and has power over all things, including our hearts. He can change our hearts and make them turn towards Him if we are sincere in our intentions and actions. It also serves as a warning for us not to be too confident in ourselves or think that we have complete control over our own lives, as only Allah has this power. We should always strive to do good deeds and seek His guidance so that He may change our hearts for the better.
