QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful in your actions & words; Speak good or remain silent; Avoid wrongdoings & mistakes; Create a positive environment for yourself & others

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of being mindful in our actions and words. It is important to be aware of how we act, as our behavior reflects on us as individuals. We should strive to be conscious of our speech, as it can have a lasting impact on those around us. Additionally, we should take care to ensure that our actions are beneficial for ourselves and others. By doing so, we can create a positive environment for ourselves and those around us.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that mindfulness was essential for living an ethical life; he said “Beware! Whoever among you lives should beware!” He was emphasizing the need to be aware of one’s own behavior at all times, so that one could avoid any wrongdoings or mistakes which could lead to regret later on in life. Furthermore, he also taught that it was important to think before speaking; he said “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent” This means that if something does not benefit oneself or others then it is better not to say anything at all rather than speaking ill or causing harm with one’s words.
