EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of using oaths and witnesses when passing judgement. It is narrated by Jabir that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used this method to make decisions. An oath is a solemn promise made by someone, usually in a court of law, that what they are saying is true. A witness is someone who has seen or heard something firsthand and can testify to it in court. By combining these two elements, the Prophet was able to make sure that justice was served fairly and accurately. This hadith teaches us the importance of truthfulness when making promises or testifying in court, as well as how important it is for justice to be served correctly.
