QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for elders/parents; Honesty; Truthfulness; Worshiping only one God .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ warned us against four major sins which are associating partners with Allah, disobeying parents, killing oneself and false speech. Associating partners with Allah is a sin that is considered the worst of all sins as it goes against the core belief of Islam that there is only one God who should be worshipped alone. Disobeying parents is also a major sin as it goes against the teachings of Islam to respect and obey our elders. Killing oneself or committing suicide is also forbidden in Islam as it goes against the belief that life belongs to God and He has given us life so we must not take away what does not belong to us. Lastly, false speech or lying is also considered a major sin in Islam as it goes against the teachings of honesty and truthfulness in our religion.
