Pray for peace upon those who have gone before you; Ask Allah's forgiveness; Respect your predecessors; Follow their example in life .

The hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas tells us about a moment when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed by the graves in Madinah. He turned his face towards them and said a prayer for peace upon them, asking Allah to forgive both them and us. This hadith teaches us that we should remember our predecessors who have gone before us, as they are an example to follow in life. We should also pray for their forgiveness from Allah, as well as our own forgiveness. It is important to remember that even though we may not be able to physically see those who have gone before us, they are still part of our lives and we should show respect towards them through prayer.
