Compassion and Humility of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was a compassionate and humble person who would visit the sick, attend funerals, ride a donkey, and accept invitations from slaves.

Anas bin Malik narrated: "The Messenger of Allah would visit the sick, attend the funerals, ride a donkey, accept the invitation of a slave, and on the Day of Banu Quraizah he was on a donkey muzzled with a cord of fibers and a pack-saddle made of fibers".

He also showed humility by riding on a donkey instead of a horse like many other leaders at that time did. Furthermore, he accepted invitations from slaves which demonstrated his respect for all people regardless of their social status or wealth.
