QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous with your wealth & possessions , Share what you have been blessed with wisely , Help those who are less fortunate than you .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the permission given by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to Al-Abbas to pay his charity or Zakat in advance before its due date. Zakat is an obligatory almsgiving that Muslims must give from their wealth and possessions as a form of worship and purification of their wealth. It is a way for Muslims to help those who are less fortunate than them, as well as a reminder of Allah’s blessings upon them. In this hadith, the Prophet ﷺ showed mercy and kindness towards Al-Abbas by allowing him to pay his Zakat early if he wished. This teaches us that we should be generous with our wealth and possessions, even if it means going out of our way for others. We should also remember that Allah has blessed us with so much, so we should use what He has given us wisely and share it with those who need it most.
